Baler: The ARIETE
The Ariete model is a scrap compacting baler with a solid monolithic structure of high strength steel, run by a diesel engine. The high strength metal baler is equipped with a loader and rotating pulp, operators’ cabin and a compacting chamber of 5 meters in length. Compacting up to 12 tons/hour of any kind of scrap, this machine can be attached to any truck equipped with a roll on – roll off device for increased mobility.
Vertical Cut Shears : The SQUALO 1300T- 1500T- 2000T
This machine is a continuous loading unit with a wide loading hopper and makes light work of scrap up to 18-20 meters in length. The machine can be raised and lowered independently thanks to four hydraulic feet, and can be transported on a semi trainer.
Horizontal Cut Shears: The SQUALO 1000T
Again, this machine features a wide loading hopper and powerful compacting system which is operated just before the execution of the horizontal cut. Completely independent, this machine features an automatic operating cycle and continuous loading. Ultra mobile, this compact and powerful unit can be transported on any truck equipped with a hook loader or any other detachable system.
Scrap Hammer Mill: The DRAKE
This Hammer Mill produces high quality scrap for very dirty scrap material. Choose electric or diesel engines and 600HP, 800HP, 1000HP or 1500HP. There are options on various conveyors, dust dampers and magnetic selectors.
